CRS Calculators is a small independent site run by the CRS Calculators team. We build free tools for people working through Express Entry, and we try to make every number on the site one you can trace back to IRCC.
Who we are and who we aren't
We aren't lawyers, and we aren't licensed immigration consultants. We don't sell immigration services, we don't take on clients and we don't accept payment to place anyone's links. If you need advice on your own case, talk to a lawyer or a licensed consultant.
How we check our numbers
- Every rule and point value comes from canada.ca: the CRS criteria page, IRCC's pages on the November 2026 changes, and the high-wage occupation list.
- The score ranges for IELTS, CELPIP, PTE Core, TEF Canada and TCF Canada come from the code of IRCC's own CRS tool.
- We ran 8 very different profiles through IRCC's CRS tool and through ours. Every total and every subtotal matched.
- We also run 20,000 random profiles through two separate versions of the formula. They have to agree on every one before we publish a change.
- Draw results load straight from IRCC's data file each time you open the draws page.
Rules last checked on October 20, 2026. The November 3 rules come from IRCC's announcement of October 16, 2026; the final legal text hadn't been published when we checked, and we'll update the site if it differs.
